Sanjeev Joshi
Sanjeev graduated from Sir J.J college of architecture, Mumbai in 1982. Practicing architecture with wife Mita Joshi, inf irm Sanjeev and Mita Joshi architects, Pune. He indulges in art, as he feels that it gives him total freedom to express himself, without clients being involved. He has had few group exhibitions in the past. He takes occasional workshops on calligraphy, sketching, and paintings, mostly for students of architecture. He was selected to share my travel sketches at an exhibition at biennale carnet du voyage, at Clermont Ferrand, France, in 2010. He has also taken workshops in Singapore, Malaysia, and many cities in India. His works have been featured in a few magazines in the past. He enjoys doing abstract calligraphy in recent times. His favorite quote is "I am married to profession of architecture, and I flirt with Art."
